Robert W. Piken is the principal of the firm Piken & Piken and has actively practiced law in the State of New York since 1971.

Mr. Piken has a vast array of experience in litigation and transactional business. He has handled litigated matters in the Supreme Court of every county in New York City, as well as Westchester, Nassau, Suffolk, Putnam and Dutchess Counties. By special permission of the courts, Mr. Piken has also litigated matters in many of the neighboring Superior Courts in New Jersey.

Mr. Piken is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and has been admitted to practice throughout New York State, the Appellate Divisions, the Court of Appeals as well as the Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and by special permission of the court, the Federal District Court of New Jersey.

He is admitted to the Federal Tax Court, the United States Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States.
